Asesoftware AI strategy assistance and development of five internal systems

Asesoftware is an IT company with over 600 employees and +30 years of experience. They wanted to create an Aseosftware AI strategy to improve their internal processes, optimise time and effort, and enhance the user experience.
To do so, we offered our service, AI Game Plan, where we designed the perfect roadmap for their opportunity points and developed more than 5 AI systems for them.
LOCATION
TALENT BOT
Asesoftware encountered issues in talent acquisition due to inconsistent and incomplete job application formats, causing difficulties for recruiters and delaying data upload. We addressed this through ETL processes and LangChain technology, which streamlined application formatting. This optimised format facilitated efficient applicant search and profile upload, enabling recruiters to proceed seamlessly with the selection process.
ADA CHATBOT
Equinox developed a chatbot for Asesoftware’s main chat channel to optimise managerial time and streamline team management. This allows staff to independently handle administrative tasks traditionally managed by managers, freeing their time for more strategic responsibilities. The chatbot also encourages self-management among employees, empowering them to address administrative tasks autonomously.
ROBO – BIDDING
Finding public or private tenders is a big task and requires much time and effort. That’s why we built Robo-bidding, an IPA solution (RPA or software robots leveraged with NLP) that search for bids with specific keywords or synonyms depending on your business needs.

LEARNED LESSONS
Asesoftware possesses a diverse knowledge base from past projects, but accessing and extracting valuable lessons efficiently is challenging due to dispersed sources. To address this, Equinox experimented with two approaches focused on a Q&A system, organising and classifying available data into a vectorised system. Answers were leveraged with an (LLM), facilitating users to apply learned lessons effectively to new projects.
