MANEJO DE DATOS DE EMPLEADOS
We improved three processes related to employee data management. Two of them aimed to update all employee information in just one platform (employees are located in more than 30 cities), so it was a hard job to do manually. The third aimed to update employee life insurance to a platform managed by Peru’s Labor Ministry and automatically notify the responsible parties.
CONTROL DE VACUNACIÓN DE EMPLEADOS
Overall had a challenge managing vaccination information-formats were different, and updates weren’t regular. After our intervention automating the process, we improved the employee vaccination traceability, automated it, organised it in the same format, and let it run with real-time updates.
AUTOMATIZACIÓN DE STOCKS
En Overall se gastaba mucho tiempo en formatos de Stock manuales que generalmente tenían errores, consumían tiempo y no estaban en una herramienta trazable. Primero unificamos los datos del stock de diferentes regiones, después, preparamos el sistema para añadir nuevos ítems y automatizamos las notificaciones a los responsables.
LIQUIDACIONES AUTOMATIZADAS
Automatizamos el proceso de ventas y liquidaciones para tener actualizados los reportes en una base de datos con la información dispuesta a ser revisada. Ahora Overall tiene información actualizada de 8:00 am a 10:00 pm.
