The Constitutional Court had issues with users’ search engines because their searches don’t fit their demands, and it’s tough to identify correct matches on any inquiry. With our AI designers and data scientists, we developed a strategy to enhance Elasticsearch behaviour, editing index set up and leveraging NLP knowledge to find out the best road to search data.
We created new features to include in any search like synonyms, tags, and NLP pipelines. Finally, we matched more info with simpler words.
