Multiple internal process improvement through RPA to optimise efforts
OPPORTUNITY
At Equinox, we found the opportunity to support more than five Overall internal processes through RPA in different scenarios such as employee data management, employee vaccination traceability, sales reports, and stock update.
LOCATION
EMPLOYEE DATA MANAGEMENT
We improved three processes related to employee data management. Two of them aimed to update all employee information in just one platform (employees are located in more than 30 cities), so it was a hard job to do manually. The third aimed to update employee life insurance to a platform managed by Peru’s Labor Ministry and automatically notify the responsible parties.
EMPLOYEE VACCINATION TRACEABILITY
Overall had a challenge managing vaccination information-formats were different, and updates weren’t regular. After our intervention automating the process, we improved the employee vaccination traceability, automated it, organised it in the same format, and let it run with real-time updates.
AUTOMATED STOCKS
Overall spent a lot of time on manual stock checks which presented many errors, was time-consuming, and the tool they were using wasn’t reliable. First we unified stock data from different regions; then we prepared the system to show new items and automated the notification to responsible parties via email.
AUTOMATED LIQUIDATIONS
We automated the process of sales and liquidations to have updated reports and a complete database with all the information to easy and quickly check. Overall now have updated information every two hours from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
